Yoga Nidra for Sleep / Online

If you experience insomnia or anxiety around sleep - whether you’re going to get enough sleep or a good night’s rest then I think Yoga Nidra may be helpful to you. 

I’m lucky that I fall asleep quite easily these days and generally sleep through the night but there have been times in my life where my sleep is interrupted and times when I can’t fall asleep due to overthinking or stress/anxiety.

Yoga Nidra has been a complete life changer for me, I fall asleep listening to it, and sleep deeply, generally waking up feeling fully rested. 

Chatting with family, friends and people coming to my yoga classes, I’ve realised lot’s of people aren’t getting enough rest. From waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep, to over-thinking bedtime routines in order to get enough sleep, puts pressure on something that should be natural and relaxed.

That’s why I am offering 4 weeks of online Yoga Nidra designed specifically for going to bed and getting a lovely night’s sleep. 

Beginning Monday 16th September - Monday 7th October at 8pm on Zoom for 4 weeks.
Recordings will be available for 1 month after so you can come back and listen at a time that works for you.
