My classes are for everyone to enjoy, whether you are new to yoga, have been practicing for years or are coming back to your practice after a while.
The class typically begins with a few minutes of grounding, where participants are guided to connect with their breath and set an intention for their practice. We then move into a series of slow, mindful movements, focusing on stretching and lengthening the body. I always offer variations and modifications to accommodate different abilities, bodies and needs.
Throughout the class, the emphasis is on listening to your body, moving at your own pace, and maintaining a steady, calming breath. Poses are held for longer periods to allow for deeper stretching and relaxation, with frequent reminders to listen to your bodyand take breaks whenever you need.
Instructions
Please bring a yoga mat, some water and a blanket for savasana if you want it to be extra cosy!
