Yoga Nidra at Form

Join me in Form Pilates & Yoga in Broughshane, Ballymena for one hour of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation and translates to 'yogic sleep'. It is generally a very accessible practice and is usually practiced lying down in any comfortable position with blankets and props.

Yoga Nidra draws our awarness inwards, to explore that liminial space between wakefulness and sleep. Taking this time out of your day to simply rest into a deeper state of blissful awareness.

Mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions and eye pillows are all provided. All you need to do is turn up and REST!
