YOGA FOR EVERYONE WITH EIMEAR

I’m Eimear, a yoga teacher based in Belfast. I believe that yoga should be inclusive, accessible and enjoyable for everyone. My classes are relaxed, yet energising that cater to all levels. I want to create a welcoming space for everyone to practice yoga.

I fell in love with the practice of yoga when I was in my early 20s began teaching yoga in 2018 after completing my 200 hour Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India.

Since then I have completed my second 200-hour Teacher Training with Yogaworks and have trained in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

CLASSES

  • VINYASA FLOW

    Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence.

  • SLOW FLOW

    A slower, more meditative practice. Poses are held for longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose.

  • YOGA NIDRA

    An ancient meditation technique where practitioners enter a deeper state of conscious relaxation, moving awareness from the external world to the internal.
